Revolutionary War Southern campaign Pension Application Transcriptions Online

This website contains free transcriptions of over 10,000 Revolutionary war Pension Applications.  The site is sponsored by the American Revolution Association and currently contains 10,496 pension applications and 70 roster transcriptions, all from the Southern Campaign.  http://southerncampaign.org/pen

Ireland's Archive Collections Go Online

This website allows the public to search a wide range of Irish archives online.  These include the Irish Film Archive, the Guinness Family Archives, archives from UCC's Boole Library and a large number of city and county council archives.  http://www.iar.ie/

FamilySearch Adds New Records

FamilySearch has added new records for Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Vermont, and West Virginia.  FamilySearch indexing has also added it's first project in Hungarian.  http://familysearch.org/
